LCD Bonding
We provide panel bonding with the options of Air Bonding and Optical Bonding. Air Bonding is adhesive on LCD frame to fix LCD and Cover to avoid particle from entering into the space between LCD and Cover. But Air Bonding can not increase sunlight readability.
Optical Bonding is to apply a layer of resin between the glass or the touchscreen and TFT LCD panel of a display, making it bonded as a solid laminate without gaps or pockets of air in between. Optical bonding provide better comfort to view screens under sunlight. We implement OCA Optical Bonding process, and integrate LCD, Touch Panel function tests and cosmetics checks. The size can also be made up to 15.6”.
